Terms and Conditions

Rental Equipment Policy :
Equipment must be returned in the same condition within the agreed rental period.
Damages, stains, or missing parts will be charged accordingly.
Rentals are available for pickup or delivery. ( delivery fees apply )
Late returns will be charged an additional day's rate.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before collection are non-refundable.
Book Studio Steps :
Select your date & time
Fill in your details - Name, Contact, Email
Full payment is due before the session.
Rates :
Studio Rental is RM85/hour
All equipment is included with studio rental.
Booking & Payment :
Bookings are confirmed only after full payment is received.
Balance payment must be made before or on the shoot day.
We reserve the right to release your slot if payment is not made within the given timeframe.
Cancellations & Rescheduling :
No cancellations, only reschedules.
Studio Usage :
The studio must be returned in the same condition as received.
All included equipment must be hadled with care.
Highkeyflair is not responsible for any personal or client equipment damage or loss.
